Office Hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Check In Time: 3:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am
Add 9% Maine lodging tax to total.
Extra Guests: Pricing is for 4 guests. Extra guests are $20/per night if your accommodation allows.
Deposit: One night's deposit by Visa or MasterCard required at time of reservation.
Full balance is due prior or upon check in. Once balance has been received, absolutely no refunds for early checkout, weather, sickness, etc.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights minimum on most holidays. Please call or email for details.
Cancellation Policy: full refund 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposit refunded less one night fee for 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival.
